I have found only one other...

As far as I know, there is one borrowed from the Pease collection being scrutinized in a museum; in addition, there are actually 33 cuts, when you include the "Britons"...both volumes match in printing and page errors, and cuts, I know of no other; this volume is in the U.S., perhaps brought to Massachusetts when one of the principles traveled by sailing ship to our east coast...
