Wheelie bin and flat surface cleaning business

I am selling a 65 reg van equipped with a 1000ltr tank and a Honda pressure washer with all the hoses and connecting pipes...
With it comes a wheelie bin cleaning customer list of clients' collect over 6 years... I have a detailed list of records of income and a list of the day to day list of customers which I jet wash and place in a bin liner into the wheelie.
On the busy week it’s really a 2 person job and there is plenty of room on the quieter week to increase the customer list if you wanted to…!

The business makes almost double the asking price per annum from cleaning the wheelie bins alone….. with the added bonus of the flat surface cleaning service’ there is great potential…!

What also comes with the pressure washer is a rotary flat surface cleaner which I use to clean driveways and patio's.. things of that nature.... The pressure washer is top quality Honda gx390 capable of pushing out 21ltr of water a minute.... It can strip paint... remove graffiti’ very powerful machine it has never let me down....
