This lightweight four berth caravan from Ace has an excellent layout. It offers two full length bench seats that convert into a double bed, a nicely fitted side kitchen and rear wash room with separate shower. This Prestige allows you maximum internal space init's 17ft (5.2m) interior. It comes with an omnivent air filtration system in the kitchen and an external BBQ point as well as the standard 3 way fridge, blown air heating and hot water. A motor-mover has been fitted for ease of maneuverability. It also comes swith a full awning for extra outdoor space. A complete folder full of operators guide and appliance manuals are also provided. Airline style overhead lockers throughout. Parquet style flooring with optional loose laid carpets.


LOUNGE:
The front lounge area has opposing sofas in an attractive beige upholstery with matching curtains.The lounge also incorporates a central chest with pull out slats to convert the sofas into a double bed along with drawers and a fold out dining table. The whole cabin is heated via a Trumatic blown-air heater system. Smoke alarm.

REAR WASH ROOM
The rear washroom is deceivingly spacious and comes with a swivel toilet and exterior waste cassette. A separate shower cubicle with chrome fittings with H/C water. A wash basin with wall mirrors, vanity unit and a wardrobe.

KITCHEN:
The side kitchen includes a 4 ring hob ( 3gas & 1elec) (with glass worktop) next to a stainless steel sink and drainer. The kitchen is completed with a combination oven and grill with matching facia in black/silver, and a Dometic fridge with freezer box. A stand alone table is also provided for extra dining surface.
