Raised in London, UK and Alberta, Canada, Sala began her artistry at the age of 9 anddiscovered the make-up industry at the age of 15 and used YouTube videos to learn art of the make up. She learned about colour correction, skin types, pigmentation of the skin and face structures.
Sala was influenced by the unique photography of Marcelo Cantu. His sharp colours and his visuals sparked Sala’s own vision to create unique photography. Music albums, Greek and Egyptian mythology are just a few influences of her work. Sala also watches Thierry Mugler, the French fashion designer for inspiration.
Always striving for more, Sala continues to develop her make up style and photography, seeking inspiration from trending make up, creative art. Sala does not want to copy trends, she wants to set trends. Sala noticed a niche in the lash market and decided to create her own lash line. She wants to combine art with lashes, both in the way lashes appear on eyes and the way they are presented in the box. Every box of lashes represents her vision.
