Because of the viscosity of certain materials, cakes may be difficult to be discharged automatically from filter cloths. To solve this problem, our company invented the Auto Inclining System, which enhances our Centrifugal Service. This system changes the tilt angle of the filter cloth into an inverted V shape, allowing for effective cake removal. The springs holding the cloth vibrate due to stretching, facilitating natural peeling of the cake. The inclining arm is made from reinforced polypropylene (PP), making it lightweight, resistant to corrosion, flexible, and reliable in operation while also ensuring ease of maintenance.
