Brierley Coil Tinning was originally founded in 1897 as an engineering company. We were able to construct in-house all of the machinery required for our tinning process. Our low minimum order quantities and short lead times allow our customers to be more flexible and competitive.

We offer our Hot Dip Tinning process on Copper, Brass, Phosphor Bronze, Steel and Stainless Steel strip, in sizes up to 600mm wide by 3mm thick, or a narrower width from .05 to 8mm thick.With our process we are able to vary the thickness of the tin coating from 1 - 50 microns, depending on the customer's requirements.Our capabilities mean that we can tin coat your master coil ready for slitting in your works, or apply the tin coating to your processed work in batches.We also specialise in the coating of Automotive Copper Busbar from 1.5mm to 20mm, Solder Coated Copper Busbar and Pure Tin Copper Busbar.Our highly skilled technicians are able to advise on any queries you may have.
