Dr Luna Rizzo London (DLRL) is a London based startup providing wellbeing services, founded by Dr Luna Rizzo, a Physical Activity, Chronic Disease and Aging Consultant; UK Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr); Clinical Exercise Physiologist; Human Health Researcher & Scientist holding a PhD degree in Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences.

We offer to cook authentic Italian meals using genuine Italian produce. Our meals are cooked using traditional cooking methods and based on homemade Italian- mediterranean culinary recipes learned from Dr Luna Rizzo's grandmother.

Chef At Home as one of the services provided by Dr Luna Rizzo London (DLRL) is a unique service supplying you the very best of Italian and Mediterranean cooking prepared by one of our professional catering chefs in your own home.
The Click & Collect option is also available for those clients who may wish to collect the fresh prepared meals directly from our venue.

Our specialties are Italian recipes of any kind with a main focus on the typical dishes from Sicily region. We can also prepare a bespoke menu for you according to your specific requirements, preferences, allergies and intolerances. Our main chef is a qualified nutritionist from a UK University and able to help you with very healthy and low-fat home cooked meals as well.
