Required Skills :
* At least 5+ years’ experience in voice operations & Service Desk
* Significant working knowledge of Avaya IPT or other IPT technologies
* Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field preferred, or equivalent experience,certifications, and training and 5-8 years of comparable work experience
* Proven experience as Technical Leader
* Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Data Networks
* Ability to manage customer relationships, their expectations and to understand requirements of the business to ensure they are translated into technical delivery
* Excellent presentation skills
* Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure.
* High level of interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
* ITIL V3certification or work equivalent
