Required Skills :
* At least 3+ years experience in Voice Service Desk
* Substantial working knowledge of Avaya IPT or other IPT technologies
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience, certifications, and training and 3-5 years of comparable work experience
* Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Data Networks
* Detailed technical understanding, deployment and support of Routing protocols & route manipulation techniques, preferably, global financial services
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure.
* High level of interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
* ITIL V3 certification or work equivalent
