After 56 timewasters and some liars, a couple of very rude people too who were “interested”, “very interested” and “seriously interested” not to mention the people who came to view and then messaged under another name a couple of weeks later(they should not return to spy either)I am re-advertising it.
To buy this land or any other property in Spain you will need an ID number it is called a NIE, you can get this from the local town of Alcaniz and it takes 30 minutes, all you need is a passport and an address which I can ‘lend’ you.
This plot is almost 12,000m2 or about 3 acres, you can build on this land up to 200m2 but also another 100m2 if you make a cellar for ‘storage’, you can site a caravan, prefab house etc. the land has been stripped and had the first plough and has started to be planted with young Fig trees, there will be more than 80 in total in the first phase. It does have some other fruit trees/olive etc.
The area is clean, fresh, calm and is ideal for children to live, it would make a good stables, kennels, but also is close to the Caspe Carp fish lakes and the River Ebro so anyone who wishes could start a business taking fishermen to tour the surrounding areas. The road is a track for the last 3km but does not need a 4 x 4 because it is kept clean by the local council for which you pay 7.80 euros a year, there is nothing more to pay. Water passes the entrance but water is completely free in the village and drinking water is free when you go to do shopping in Caspe or Maella.
All public services are within distance, a hospital is also in Caspe centre, market day is first and third Saturday’s, train station, buses also leave to go all over Europe, getting here is about 12 hours from Calais Port, Barcelona Airport 2.5 hours, Zaragoza Airport 1.15mins, Lleida Airport 1 hour, Valencia 2.5 hrs.
Although this was advertised with some stock at a higher price I have now sold all the stock and the business that went with it so it has been reduced accordingly, there are many things still here that are not listed but are included as goodwill, the car that is used to collect water is part of it. You can pay on the day of the notary via a UK transfer so you will not lose money on exchange rates.
You will need about another 200 euros to pay the notary including a small buyers tax.
Lastly, do NOT telephone, do NOT send text messages other than Wattsapp and do NOT waste my time if you are idling your life away on the internet, if you also think you are part of the “Internet Police Force” looking for scammers….go do one!.
The price is fixed to sell. I will not accept £10 per week either.
There is a place to live whilst you build on site.
