Battery-Related Returns
If a device is returned due to battery performance concerns, our technician will test the battery upon return.
If battery health is 85% or above, a deduction of up to 20% may be applied to the refund to cover inspection, administration, and handling costs.
Please note
Older models will not perform the same as newer devices. It is normal for refurbished/used phones to require charging at least once or twice daily, depending on usage. Battery performance comparisons with brand-new or latest-generation devices are not valid.
Returns will NOT be accepted for reasons such as slow charging, shorter battery life, or battery performance expectations, as older devices generally have smaller battery capacities and older technology, which is normal and expected when compared to newer or latest devices.
