Anyone whom heat there homes by means of OFF GAS, oil or LPG, coal, Wood.
Would qualify for Free air source heat pump and free solar panels

Loft Insulation criteria:

Boiler must be fitted before 2017
Loft insulation is older than 12 years old
You are owner of the property (no rented)
Haven’t had a Gov Energy grant in last 10 years

Cavity Wall Insulation

Boiler must be fitted before 2017
Cavity wall never been Filled
You are owner or private Tenant
Haven’t had a Gov Energy grant in last 10 years
