HOW TO USE
For Eyes: Using the sharpened tip of your Sharp Jumbo Eye Colour Pencil, apply as an eyeshadow or Eyeliner in the colour of your choice to the outer crease of each eye and along the lash lines for dramatic looks. You can smudge with makeup brush or with finger pads to soften and blend the colour.
For Sharp defined Lips: Trace the edges of your lips.
For Lipstick Base: Use the Jumbo pencil to to fill in your lips for semi Matte lipstick Base.
For Dramatic Looks: Add lipstick or liquid lipstick for bolder looks.
