Actuated Butterfly Valve features a robust design with a fully lugged bolt pattern and a body made of Spheroidal Graphite Ductile Iron, ensuring durability and reliability in industrial applications. Its AISI 431 stainless steel disc, pin, and spindle, along with bonded vulcanised EPDM seats, provide excellent resistance to corrosion and wear. Coated with epoxy RAL 5015 for added protection, it can withstand maximum working pressures of up to 16 bar or 25 bar, and operate within a temperature range of -15˚C to 120˚C. The valve is equipped with an electric quarter-turn actuator suitable for modulation (Class C EN 15714 2), available in 230 VAC, 24 V VAC, and 24 VDC options. Designed for Open/Closed duty, it operates effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -20˚C to 80˚C, with an IP 67 enclosure ensuring resilience in various environmental conditions. This valve also includes visual position indication, a manual de-clutchable override handle, end position limit switches, and a compact, self-locking mechanism. Optional features such as a position transmitter and space heater further enhance its functionality and versatility in industrial automation systems.
