The Foster BCT 15 Blast Chiller Freezer is capable of Blast Chilling 15 kilograms from +70 degrees Centigrade to +3 degrees Centigrade within 90 minutes and Blast Freezing 7 kilograms from +70 degrees Centigrade to -18 degrees Centigrade within 240 minutes

Not only adhering to food law, it also helps with preserving the quality of your food and reducing waste

The user friendly touch screen controls allow easy programming with a clear colour-coded display

The size of the Blast Chiller is: 755mm wide x 690mm deep x 890mm high

Please Note: This Blast Chiller Freezer is a brand new, unused 2024 model. However the freezer had cosmetic damage to the bottom side of the door but has been professionally repaired
