A little bit about the role of the Customer Service Specialist;
No two days will be the same, you will handle inbound calls from both existing and new customers. Insurance isn’t just about having great products, it’s also about providing an excellent service, this is where you come in. You’ll talk to a variety of customers, answer their questions, amend their policies and promote the additional products and services to them. Making them a valued customer, you’ll help them feel great whenever they call.
You’ll continually be supported as you settle in, dedicated trainers spend the first few weeks with you in the training area, before you head off to the graduation bay for a further few weeks. So, don’t worry if you don’t have previous experience, you’ll be helped and supported every step of the way to be your best.
What you will get in return?
These are full time roles (37.5 hours per week), working 5 days out of 7 on a choice of 6 different shift patterns.
