Ghost Hunt @ Castle Grove, Leeds November 29th 2025, Community Events in Leeds, West Yorkshire
to our portfolio of haunted locations.
Castle Grove Manor House is grade 11 listed, based in the Headingley area of Leeds.
It was built in 1834 to be a home for linen merchant Samuel Holmes.
Over the years it has been expanded by various owners which include Domed ceiling and bay windows.
In 1934 it was purchased as a Masonic Hall and still serves the Freemasons today!
Staff told us there are parts of the hall where people feel uneasy if alone, and after inviting a medium to check out the property was informed the medium was picking up on a grizzly encounter in one area (now named the Ghost room)
This building has never been properly investigated before so we are thrilled to be the first group to be given this privilege.
