'A lot of people brand around that things are life changing. From a coffee to a new house. But I feel Suzy’s courses really are. I enrolled on her first course because I saw students who had done it and they had a twinkle in their eye when they talked about the course. And I wanted a bit of that. Suzy’s course drops deeper into her yoga teachings but also gives you little (and large) tools that you can use outside of the course to make life a lot easier and more in tune with the earth’s energy. The course and Suzy are a really calm blessing in a distracting world. ' Heidi
The course is suitable for those who have practiced yoga for at least a year as well as experienced students and teachers as it’s a space for deep connection to yourself.
