Very safe and quite surroundings day or night
Unfortunately my current flat mate/tenants are moving out :( ..........
So I am looking for a new tenant.
The flat is also convenient for and obviously easy to get to Greenwich, Blackheath, or New Cross for a night out.
It is a modern, very clean flat and the rooms Ares quite big.
The flat is actually a three bedroom flat but I rent out the 2 double bed rooms, it is important to note that all rooms are completely separate and you DON'T have to go through one of the rooms to get to either the bathroom or kitchen.

It is very very close to Blackheath station (5 mins walk) from which there are fast trains to London bridge (10mins) waterloo (15 mins) and Charing Cross (20mins).

Road network: M25 VIA A2 (17 MINS) canary wharf is accessible within (20 mins).
