Experienced and enthusiastic head chef required for a new family run Italian restaurant in Shoreditch, London.Should specialise in Past,Pastry,Bread & Seafood. The restaurant and bar is located on a very busy street in a vibrant and trendy area. A strong fresh seafood and shellfish experience is necessary, as well as experience in creating and costing menus. The restaurant is due to open in August 2008.
Sous chefs also required.
