I got laid off from my job, being forced to be on LHA (DSS) for the past 10 months. I have never missed a single payment, references with my actual landlord can confirm that. I have to give 1 month notice to my actual landlord, therefore I would be looking to move out by the end of October, preferably 25th-26th , to allow me a few days to clean the flat before giving the keys back. Regarding the flat, I am looking for a 1 double bed flat, with the kitchen separate from the living area, no open plan layouts, furnished or part furnished, clean and close to transport and shops, within the area of borough of Lambeth. I will able to pay 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance, no agency fees. Available for viewings immediately.
