This role is to manage both internal and external technical training, sourcing external training providers and using internal resources to maximise profitability. You will directly supervise 3 internal technical trainers who in turn will need coaching and mentoring. Communication is vital in this role as will be liaising with everyone from shop floor to Director level. You will also be responsible for recruiting apprentices and developing them through a 5 year plan. Writing apprentices programme's of work and ensuring that their line managers are implementing the relevant training agreed.
