Wholesale buying trips to The Canton Fair, Guangzhou , April and October - China 2007
Customers wishing to take advantage of this trip must arrange and pay for their own flights and Visas (http://www.visatochina.co.uk/China ) we will take care of the rest.
Duration of the visit is planned at 8 days, spending 6 days at one of the phases of the trade exhibition, allowing a day each side for tranfers to the Airport. Flights can be booked direct to Guangzhou Baiyun International airport or Hong Kong. UK to Hong Kong flights are as low as £261 Return (http://www.oasishongkong.com) For arrivals to Hong Kong, we may arrange a night in the City, dependant on arrival time.
From the moment you land, we will be on hand to help you further your business.
Airport collection – Upon arrival, your English speaking guide will be there to meet you and take you to your hotel.
Designated Vehicle & personal driver - You will have the use of air con car and driver for the duration of your stay in China. No waiting for buses or taxis, travelling in comfort and safety at all times
Personal assistant – Your PA will act as your personal translator, your guide and will be able to advise you in many different areas. Our team members are not just interpreters, these guys have imported and exported worldwide, run successful businesses in China and understand the culture differences between the East and West. This person will also be on hand to arrange any other requirements you have from liasing with your hotel staff to taking you to a bank ATM, a chemist or a KFC…you are the customer and your requirements will be met in full.
Hotel accommodation – Safe, comfortable 4* accommodation will be arranged for you for the duration of your stay.
Food – Dinners will be arranged inclusive each night in the city. Guangzhou is renowned for its world-class cuisine. Our group dinners are perfect for reflecting on the days events and are fun and informal. We cater for all tastes. We can also arrange meals with our local business contacts who will be able to offer friendly support and advice to you - these people are involved in Import, Export, manufacturing and Shipping. Upon completion of this visit, you will have made valuable business contacts and friends in China that will be happy to assist and advise on future ventures.
Trip Co-ordinator – Your trip co-ordinator will be on hand to ensure your trip runs smoothly. You co-ordinator will be contactable by phone 24 hours a day, along with your PA. You will also meet up with them on a daily basis, usually for dinner.
Business meetings – Your PA will assist you if you need to meet with potential business clients. Maybe you have already found a supplier in the Guangzhou and Shenzhen areas and want to meet with them to negotiate? We can arrange this
We will also explain the import and export procedures to you if required during your stay and answer any other questions that you have regarding these processes.
Factory Visits - We can pre-arrange visits to local factories, where you can see first hand, the products being produced.

Additional person, sharing hotel room/translater/PA (choice of twin or double) the price is £1750 total.

ABOUT US
We are a UK based business, with offices and staff in China.
As well as Direct product sourcing, we offer buying trips and exhibition visits in and around China.
Our first 'buying trip' was in April 2006 where we organised a visit for a selection of buyers to 'The Canton Fair' in Guangzhou . During the break between the two phases of the fair, some of the group travelled on to Beijing , visiting the Great Wall, The forbidden palace and Tiannamen Square . Who says you cant mix business with pleasure.....?
We returned in October, to the Autumn Canton fair, this time taking a further group of clients (and one original visitor from the April trip). After the business had been completed, we organised a well deserved break on the paradise Island of Hainan , staying in 5 star luxury of the Sanya Marriott and the remote 'Treasure Island' setting, known as Wu Zhi Zhou Island.
Many clients that had already visited China on business had realised the hard way, how difficult it is to communicate. Even with address details in hand (written in Chinese) it is sometimes not enough to get you to your destination. If you cannot speak the language well you are going to struggle to leave your hotel room, let alone do business!
We have now extended our services to offer this buying trip for individuals that want the benefit of buying their goods directly in China, increasing profits by cutting out the middle man.

A deposit of £1500 will be due within 4 days of auction ending, to secure hotel bookings.
The balance will be due no later than 3 weeks before departure
