Ardmor is a recently converted traditional stone barn. It has two double bedrooms, and is comfortably furnished with all modern facilities. It faces partly into a private courtyard and partly overlooks gardens and open countyside. There is a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen.
Set in a quite rural location, it is about 2 miles from the village of Ballinspittle and 5 miles from the picturesque fishing port of Kinsale (Ireland's gourmet capital). Surfing, swimming, beaches, spectacular coast-line are 10 minutes drive and Cork airport approx 35 minutes drive. Ideal for golfing, fishing, watersports, walking, music and festivals, site seeing, or just relaxing and enjoying good food and traditional local bars. Week-end bookings accepted.

Living Room: Open plan with french windows opening onto a terrace, and overlooking the garden and open countryside. Television, DVD player and internet connection. A feature wooden spiral staircase leads to the two upstairs bedrooms.
Kitchen: The kitchen and dining areas are combined. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a double oven, dishwasher and access to a washing machine.
Other: There is a private garden area and a terrace and courtyard. Underfloor geothermal heating assures that the property is always a comfortable even temperature.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Sheets and towels are provided.
Beach: Blue flag beaches are a 10 minutes drive away. Garretstown beach is particularly popular for surfing and swimming.
Further Details: This area of Ireland is famous for its spectacular coastline and first-class golf courses. Sea angling trips and river fishing can be organised in advance for visitors. Ardmor is an ideal base for touring the spectacular beauty of West Cork. |
