This person had her only on the understanding and we had a verbal contract that she was to be returned to me for what ever reason and at any time and not sold, given away or bred from. This person never paid anything for her. This person has breached this verbal contract by trying to get rid. This dog has been registered with Petlog and the Police. If she is not returned we will be contacting our solicitor and taking legal advice and we will take this to court as it is at the moment a civil matter. If she is sold or given away it will then be classed as a criminal matter and will be dealt as such.
