Manchester , Price: 500 pcm Hi I'm looking for a place to live & work from. I am planning to build a music recording & graphic design studio in Manchester, City Centre or South Manchester prefered but would consider anywhere thats commutable to the city centre - (although if its somewhere amazing like an old church or something then I'll consider anywhere around Greater Manchester!). I dont care if its not the ritz as I can fix the place up if it has enough potential......... a floor above a bar, a shop, an old warehouse, a disused bar or cinema, old church (that would be ideal!), whatever....the important thing is that its not a terraced house or flat etc as there will be loud sounds untill 11pm, of course I will soundproof regardless of location but still it cant be next door to a house or whatever.
