Matt Thompson is one of London’s top vocal coaches and has been teaching in the UK for many years working with signed Artists as well as complete beginners using his revolutionary vocal technique to show students how to improve vocal range, confidence, power/focus, harmony and backing vocals, pitch control, microphone technique as well as to eliminate vocal strain. Matt has been working closely with students to show them that singing high notes can be made easy and no more difficult than talking loudly. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS PERFECT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN THE BASICS EVERY VOCALIST SHOULD KNOW. These 6 week workshops are designed for complete beginners (nervous students welcome). They are a starting point to guide you in the right direction learning both vocal technique and stage performance. This course is especially suited for students who are nervous about singing in public. Matt has a great ability to calm and relax his students and lets students slowly build enough confidence to sing in front of other students (at no point are students forced to sing alone when they are feeling uncomfortable). Genres range from Rock to Pop, Blues to Soul and many more. 6 WEEK JUST FOR FUN VOCAL WORKSHOP! Commencing each Tuesday from 3rd November at 6pm lasting 1 hour 45mins. This is a great way to de-stress whilst learning correct vocal technique in a fun and informal environment. Just like the Beginners Vocal Workshop we study contemporary genres helping you gain confidence as a vocalist. There is less emphasis on homework with this course as it's more about singing and having fun. This workshop is relaxed as well as educational. LESSONS ARE RECORDED AND EMAILED BACK TO STUDENTS so everyone gets the chance to practice at home and to help develop their voice further. Many students like to stay on after this initial 6 week course for an extended 6 week course as they find these workshops extremely enjoyable (this is optional). Places do sell out quickly.
