Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase with your receipt within 90 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund (60 days for mattresses and 30 days for Electronics, Fitness Equipment, Seasonal Merchandise*, and Health Care Equipment**, less a restocking fee where applicable). If you do not have a receipt, refunds will reflect the lowest selling price offered in the preceding 90 days.
Return Handling Guidelines:
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps.
- Include proof of purchase (original bill of sale)
- Return items in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories
- For video and computer games, CDs and DVDs, returns will be accepted only on unopened items; in the event of a manufacturing defect, we will gladly exchange it for the identical item
- Returns will be credited back to the original tender type
- Damages on home delivered items must be reported within 24 hours
- Special occasion dress wear and selected children’s dress wear must be returned in their original condition with the attached “cord & seal tag” intact
- To return a direct mail item: mail it back using the return label and enclose the completed “return form” – customers are responsible for return postage.
- Only Big W Foods Merchandise will be accepted
