<title>Our 67ft Liveaboard trawler for your Spanish Property with land</title>
<description>We have been living aboard &#39;Andromeda&#39; (Formerly &#39;Patricia campbell&#39;) for 4 years now and she is my pride and joy.I love the whole lifestyle and being where we are BUT my other half and daughter haven&#39;t embraced the life on the ocean wave so we are now looking to swap the boat for a Spanish property with land - must be habitable but we don&#39;t mind some minor DIY.I am not desperate to part with the boat by any means and will wait for the right deal before letting her go.&#39;Andromeda&#39; is a large and very spacious ex - fishing boat that is half way through conversion but is liveable and will make a superb cruising vessel that is built to handle any weather. You could sail her anywhere in the world with confidence once she is finished.She is moored on a secure quayside mooring (could be transferable) in Fleetwood docks with mains electricity and plenty of parking space right next to the boat.*We have done most of the hard work but there is still a lot to do and the new owner must be prepared to spend some money and invest the time in this project so it&#39;s not for the faint hearted!!*Don&#39;t let the fact that she looks rough on the exterior put you off - we have been concentrating on getting the interior liveable. Despite her present look,this boat is a very solid and sturdy vessel - confirmed by an out-of-water survey 4 years ago.&#39;Andromeda&#39; is 67 ft in length overall, 22ft in beam (width) and has a draft of 11ft below the waterline.She was built in France in 1975 and is constructed of Oak planking on heavy Oak frames with a steel wheelhouse and a large aluminium shelter deck that now makes up the main accommodation area.She has a very good &#39;Cummins 430hp&#39; diesel engine that starts on the turn of the key.*There is a huge amount of space and a great deal of potential for use as a floating home and business - Andromeda would make a superb Dive Boat!*The accommodation at present is as follows:*There is a large open plan area that encompasses the lower wheelhouse and has room for a large &#39;L&#39; shaped saloon/lounge on the portside (Left) with 3 large aluminium portholes, an equal sized &#39;L&#39; shaped galley/kitchen on the starboard side (right), a good sized separate dining area.There is a huge hatch (5ft x 5ft) in the ceiling that we open in fine weather and it really does open up the space even more &amp; lets the sun shine in - fantastic!*The master cabin/bedroom is 90% finished with a beamed and stained ceiling and T&amp;G clading to the walls,Built in wardrobes and cupboards plus a large opening porthole.*The second cabin is currently a blank canvas awaiting conversion but has a large opening porthole and a ceiling hatch.*A good sized room that will make a Bathroom with room for a decent sized shower cubicle.*A large room in the forepeak/bow that would make a third cabin with room for an en-suite.Below this in the lower bow is a small room that would be ideal for storage.*The hold is a huge 30ft x 22 ft with 8ft of headroom. Currently used for storage,this could be converted in to another two large cabins or three medium sized ones - or it would make a great on-board Cinema/Gym/Games room/Workshop....*Moving aft: There is the original captain&#39;s cabin which is a small but useful space - large enough for a single bunk.*The original galley/kitchen which is currently being converted to a utility room and has cupboards and a washer/dryer. Recently had a new PVC window.*A hallway / cloakroom area - recently lined out and had a new PVC window.*The original toilet/shower room which is currently being converted to a small toilet/washroom.*The engine room is very spacious with tons of room all round the engine and at least 7ft of headroom*The wheelhouse is a good size with windows all round and is a real sun trap.It has recently had a brand new Mahogany door fitted.*Below the rear deck is the original crews quarters that had 8 bunks but has been stripped and is ready to be fitted out - could be used as a store room or more cabin space.....*The rear deck is a good size and is ideal for chilling out or BBQ&#39;s!*The upper deck has acres of space - you hold a full blown party up there with no problems!Since we have owned the boat we have:*Had an out-of water survey plus cleaned the hull &amp; prop,fitted new anodes and re-painted the hull.The hull is due for cleaning and painting again so the new owner will have to undertake this task.*Removed all fishing gear / winches / hydraulics / Cranes / Redundant pumps &amp; metalwork etc etc - a huge task in itself!*Completely stripped the interior.*Completely re-wired for 240v incl new consumer unit etc.*Fitted 2 new 1000 litre water tanks plus a new pressurised water system.*Constructed sturdy partitions for the cabins and lined walls &amp; ceilings with Xtratherm insulation boards.*Stripped out the hold,removed freezer pipes, renewed the floor &amp; fitted a new wooden staircase.*Fitted 6 large heavy duty Aluminium portholes with Deadlights (hinged covers) - there are another 5 smaller Bronze portholes ready to fit.*Fitted 2 identical glazed UPVC doors - one to the lounge and one to the galley.*Had a new extra wide Aluminium Gangplank made (&#163;1500!) which is 20ft in length but can be split in two in case you only need a small one.*There is a pot bellied stove fitted but we recently bought a lovely woodburner with a backboiler that will provide central heating and hot water for the whole boat.Plus much much more!You really need to come and view the boat to appreciate the potential in this vessel.If you&#39;ve dreamed about this kind of life I can&#39;t recommend it enough but it&#39;s not for everyone!I am without doubt going to be utterly and totally gutted to part with her but that&#39;s just how it goes - sometimes life really sucks!I have kept a photographic record of the progress so far so there a many to look at should you come and have a look at &#39;Andromeda&#39;.Just as a footnote:&#39;Andromeda&#39; was recently featured on Peter Kay&#39;s spoof &#39;X&#39; factor show - &#39;Britain&#39;s got the eXtra Pop factor&#39; in 2008 wich was the follow up show to the one he did earlier in the year. She had the name &#39;Longhorn&#39; painted on her bow for the show and we haven&#39;t got around to painting it out yet. So,she is kind of famous - you can check her out if you see the show! <description>hi......we are looking for a 3-bed place in bowthorpe/costessey area of norwich, to complete a 3-way exchange.
our property is on surrey st in the city center. it is a large victorian 3-storey town house. all 3 bedrooms are of a ood size, the smallest 1 still has room for a double-bed etc. the living room is lovely and spacious with high ceilings. the kitchen is easily big enough to hold a dining table too. the property also has a walk-in airing cupboard so there is plenty of storage space. unfortunatly there isnt a garden but there is a communial area with benches and grass/garden, we do however have an off-road parking space.
if we could pick this house up and put it somewhere with a garden, we would!!

The property (approx. 250m2) is presently arranged as a five bedroom three bathroom house or can be converted into three tourist apartments (studio, 1bed and 2bed) or as this is one of the area&#39;s finest historical buildings it can also operate as ecological/cultural visitor attraction/museum/retreat or restaurant or casa rural. 
The property has one hectare of land with sea views, four patio areas, two large water tanks, two ruins, mature olive grove, one corn threshing area, fruit trees, stream and cobble-stone driveway. The property is located within a National Park, safe from further development, 10 kms from a variety of beaches, some voted Spains finest.&#160; Carboneras and Sorbas market towns are within 10 kms. Almeria airport and Mojacar (busy tourist resort) are a forty minute drive away, with a wide choice of international restaurants and supermarkets. Water is on the mains, electricity by solar or can be connected to the nearby mains if preferred.&#160; 
&#160;Although the house&#160;was a major&#160;renovation,&#160;and although it uses&#160;antique materials, it&#160;feels clean, fresh and&#160;new. The build was to the highest quality,&#160;as we&#160;meticulously carried out the renovation work ourselves. We sourced&#160;traditional tiles restored old studded doors, traditional windows&#160;and incorporated many environmental apsects. For example all of the external walls are 1 metre thick made with local stone. On the outside this is coated with three hemp layers and internally with two layers of local yeso plaster and paint. The walls cool the house in the summer and act as gentle&#160;radiators in the winter. 
The property consists of ten main rooms plus the large outside covered &amp; sun&#160;terraces. There is also a wooden&#160;decking area to the side and the front of the property. The back patio ( approx. 35 m2)has a northern aspect and has a cane/mimbre rain-proof roof&#160; and Moorish seating area and offers an alfresco dining and intimate relaxation/chill out space. In addition to this there are two ruins, on the land, one closeby to the house.&#160;Whilst the mill can be a five bedroom house, we have&#160;built it in such a way so that it can be split into two x two bedroom apartments, if a kitchen is put into&#160;one of the outbuildings&#160;or a two bed apartment, one bed apartment and a studio.&#160;&#160;The mill&#160;is detatched and&#160;stands within&#160;its own land, it has a cobble stone driveway and landscaped garden.&#160;&#160;Numerous automatic irrigation systems for watering plants, fruit trees&#160;and the olive grove.&#160;

10 min walk away and there is the local shop, fish &amp; chip shop, primary school, chinese take away, doctors, gala bingo, leisure centre, sure start centre, nursery, kids park, chemist.
there is a bus into town centre every 30mins and picks up a 2 minute walk away.&#160;
i am looking to move to mablethorpe or within a 10 mile radius, will consider other areas along the coast. looking for a 3 bed house but would accept a 2bed house if in the right location.

<title>Terraced House Keyham Plymouth Devon Requires 3/4 Bed Plymouth</title>
<description> have a Sovereign Housing Association terraced house in Keyham Plymouth which is only 6 year old. My house is a 3 story house, the middle level is the one you walk in on. On that level is a massive L-shape kitchen diner, 1 airing cupboard, 1 shoe/coat cupboard and a guest toilet. On the bottom level is a very large front room which is very nicely decorated with laminate flooring and vertical blinds which leads out to the garden through large patio doors. Now the garden is fully enclosed but isn&#39;t a large one, however its very well maintained with a patio one side and colourfull chippings on the other side which currently has an 8ft trampoline with enclosure on top of them and theres still room for are bbq! Now on the top level of are house is 3 bedrooms and the bathroom / toilet. Two bedrooms are medium in size and 1 is smaller but still has room for a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and in that room also is a large fitted wardrobe for extra storage. My house is fully double glazed and has gas central heating throughout. The whole inside of the house is nicely decorated in all neutral colours and the outside of the house including front door and bin shed has just been repainted. Most area&#39;s in Plymouth will be considered but my preferred area&#39;s are Plympton, Chaddlewood, Glenholt, Eggbuckland, Beacon Park, Manadon or Kings Tamerton but i wouldn&#39;t mind staying in the Keyham area either. <title>exchange urgently needed</title>
<description>2 double bed ground floor flat on quiet road.all nice sized rooms, very close to all amenities. we only have a communal front garden but back on 2 a lovely little field that has a stream flowing thro it. we are close to lovely parks including a duck park and have very friendly neighbours. we occasionally in the summer have street bbqs between friends and neighbours but its always quite. we need a larger property due to my 3 boys sharing 1 room they need more space to play and be boys. please if you think this may be for you please don&#39;t hesitate to get in touch. many thanks</description>
