The bathrooms will have bathtubs.
Catering: There will be a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor.
Other services: an underground car park of three levels will be built. It will accommodate
48 cars. On the same levels a conference room and a versatile chamber for other
events will also be set up on an area of 320 m2.

Complete Milk processing plant for sale 
In 2006 a dairy plant was constructed and commissioned in New Zealand. The plant (constructed out of both new and refurbished equipment) has previously been used for standardising, pasteurising and bottling milk. The plant has two pasteurising lines, one that runs at around 5,000 litres per hour and another that runs around 2,500 litres per hour. When operating the plant was processing in excess of 100,000 litres in a 24 hour period. Processed milk was bottled down two lines capable of handling bottles ranging in size from 300 ml up to 3 litre. Note that the vendor&#39;s sale terms will include a restriction that the plant will not be used in connection with a milk processing or distribution business in New Zealand. The plant may therefore be removed overseas and used to process and bottle milk. The plant may be used in New Zealand to produce non-milk products such as cheese and yoghurt. This will require plant modifications. For the avoidance of doubt, the plant can not be used in New Zealand to produce or bottle milk products, including flavoured milk. The plant features include automated in-line standardisation with extensive automated control systems. The plant was &#39;mothballed&#39; in August 2007 subsequent upon the sale of bottling contracts to a third party. Plant operational integrity has been maintained by way of a regular water testing cycle. The original investment was in excess of NZ$4 million.
