There are currently six of us in here ranging from architects to graphic designers, publishing to events management.The office is 900 sq ft and comprises of the desk area at one end and a chill out area in the other, which are all in the main space. We have windows rapping all round the street facing wall bringing in masses of light and views over the high street. We have double height ceilings through out making for an impressive and grand feel. You have access to a private meeting room which has been colourfully decorated with fake grass underfoot, a picnic table for meetings or midnight picnics and an abstract wall mural. We have our own surf shack style kitchen, with dishwasher, combination-microwave, toaster, kettle, the all important toasty machine and table and chairs to eat lunch or have quiet chat! We are a fun group of guys and girls and are looking for like minded people. We have a lively and bubbly environment, and as some of the existing businesses are on the phone quite a lot then people looking for a library like office might not be too keen. Anyone is ok to play their music through their PC or Mac and we currently have all sorts playing so feel free to influence the office music trends.The office is secure and you have access 24/7, with ladies and gents toilets in the buildings shared areas. We have broadband internet with wireless. There are phone lines in the office but you would need to organise BT to connect them up at your own cost. All bills are included, water, gas, electric, business rates, waste removal. Each desk is &#163;286.45 plus VAT per month.
