It means that the home sales are down and there is no buyer who is interested in owing properties in the Capital city. Is it real that there is no demand for housing properties in the national capital region or is it fake news?

The doubts are possible. However the number of vacant apartments is not alone the Apartments in Delhi but in the whole NCR. It means that there is demand for properties in the Capital city but everywhere in the NCR. There are many who are interested in owning a property in the capital, just as they consider it as a matter of pride. More than the end-users, the investors are also keen to have investment here as they are sure of higher returns.

There is no doubt for higher investments, whether you are investing in commercial or Residential Properties in Delhi. Both of them will provide equal opportunities for gaining better returns. However, according to some recent reports, foreign investors are keener to invest in the commercial sector. They find commercial sector more multiplicative in terms of returns. This is true that the foreign investors are investing in commercial projects.

But this is not true that they are absolutely leaving residential sector. One of the major problems which the housing sector faces is that there are many Flats for Sale in Delhi. Due to this huge bulk of unsold inventories, the developers are not interested in developing and launching any new projects. When they are not developing or launching any new project, why should they accept the foreign investment? This is the reason why there is less foreign investment in the residential sector.

This situation will continue to exist so long as these unsold inventories are sold out. The builders have reduced the number of new launches and so there are only a few new properties. This means that the buyers are forced to look for resale Residential Properties in Delhi. Many of them do not like owning a resale home, but this is the only option left with them now.

Many are staying in their old Apartments in Delhi, as they are not finding any new projects. As long as the builders are not coming up with new projects, there will be no chance for anyone to gain new homes. One more thing is that you will be able to find many homes as you wish but you will not find any as per your dreams. This situation is mainly caused by lack of space in the capital.

ADDENDUM - 
The Chalet is situated in a Residential Mobile Home Park, that is to say you are entitled to live there all year round indefinitely and to that end there is an act entitled &#39;The Mobile Home Act 1983&#39; which protects the owner of the Park Home so that you effectively have similar rights as if you owned the land yourself. You do not need to ever remove or replace your property and are entitled to sell it on at any time. As a result the properties are worth considerably more than properties on a caravan site, and in line with conventional housing rise (and fall) in line with property values in general. Yes you can live in my Chalet all year round. It is not to be confused with either a caravan or a caravan / holiday site which are restricted to part time living, EG 10 months of the year. Derby Council are the Park Home Owners so you can rest assured that things are done properly. In fact they recently got the runner up award for Park Home Of The Year owners. Another advantage of the Council being owners is that the ground rent is very low, probably the lowest there is (&#163;13.83 PW for 48 weeks - they give you 4 weeks free!) and because of the protection of the Mobile Home Act any Mobile Home Park owner cannot raise the ground rent by more than inflation. By the way the Council Tax is at the lowest band which for 2013 to 2014 is &#163;919.17 less 25% single occupancy = &#163;689.38. At the moment the Council are totally replacing all the water mains and road surfaces and last year replaced the entire Park lighting. My Chalet has been fully refurbished by a quality builder from Scotland who used to manufacture Park Homes and the exterior wood is from Scandinavia, where as you know they excel in timber homes. The work was done about 7 years ago you will see that there is absolutely no deterioration of the wood and in fact it has not even been necessary to reapply the exterior coating yet in that time. A huge benefit with Park Homes is that repairs are extremely straightforward and alterations or repairs to the inside do not require building regulations or planning permission etc. - simply get on with it.
Within the Mobile Home Park there is a laundry and even bath and shower facility which is provided and maintained by the Council. Although there is a washing machine in the Chalet it has been little used as I can use the laundry. The only time I have used the bath and shower facility is when I first arrived whilst the building work was being done, although it is nice to know it is there. The Council maintain the grounds and you maintain your own garden. There is ample safe parking and in fact I have many a time forgotten to lock the car at night and also even the Chalet as the Park is very safe and quiet. In line with most Mobile Home Parks the residents are very friendly and there is a good feeling of community. - All this for just &#163;32500 !

English / Italian ambiance in the seaside
With the 4-star Hotel in Palma de Mallorca directly on the beach / first line, we have made a good choice for our family holiday. Here live families and young people, providing a relaxed atmosphere. There are only a few meters to a truly stunningly beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise water. This beach falls flat and is therefore also suitable fine for children. The room was simply furnished, but with balcony, refrigerator, TV and air conditioning. Could rent a safety deposit box. The cleaned every day. With the helpful and hardworking staff, we got along well. The hotel is very dedicated to British tourists, which was reflected in an overall great food selection. Once a week, there were typical local dinner. Even the children&#39;s club was held in English. That was very interesting for our children. Otherwise, there was more animation in the form of children&#39;s disco, games and music that made language barriers disappear quickly. An additional entertainment in the form of disco and shows took place in the evenings. In addition to the clean beach, there were plenty of good shops on site. There were also a few bars and shops and also many special restaurants. About excursions we could inform us in the hall and the book tours there too. Recommended for a visit are the beautiful Albufera Natural Park.

Off the landing there is another spacious bathroom with bath, a tiled floor and azulejo wall tiles; a bedroom/office with wood floor; a large bedroom with 2 windows, wood ceiling and wood floor; and a further large light bedroom with the original wood ceiling, 3 windows with shutters, and lovely views towards the Serra da Estrela mountains. Outside there is just under an acre of level, fertile, well-maintained and fully-fenced garden, surrounded by woodland. There are many different mature trees growing on the land, including an orchard with 40 olive trees, quince, apple, pomegranate, tangerine and orange trees, an old plum tree that shades the patio, and vines. There is also a well-tended vegetable patch, flower beds and various shrubs. By the parking area for the house there is an annex that has been renovated and re-roofed, that houses the old adega with wine tanks, and to one side a studio space with brick floor. Across the courtyard to the rear of the main house there is another annex with storage areas, one housing a bread oven, and the original WC. In the courtyard there is a small pond, and an orange and a lemon tree growing. This property has been lovingly restored and maintained by its present owners and is exceptional in its character. It would make a wonderful family home or B&amp;B location in central Portugal, being close to the main road network and the towns of Penacova, Arganil and Santa Comba D&#227;o, and within an hour&#39;s drive of the city of Coimbra.</description>
