I purchased it in 2005 and it was 9 months old when I bought it. I bought it as a first caravan for me and my wife. It was parked and stored at a local leisure park until recently. Due to work we have only uesd it 3 times in the last 3 years. It is in immaculate condition. Due to the facilities at the local park the shower and toilet has never been used (the toilet still has its plastic seal still on it) and the oven has only been used 3 times. My wife loved it and has kept this like a palace. No children, pets or smokers have ever been in it. It truly is as new condition. After market 13,000 BTU A/C with heat strip, furnace, hot water tank, faucet, indoor/outdoor stove, refrigerator, tons of storage, dinette bump out, micorwave included, sleeps 7-8, spare tire carrier, holding tank, indoor cooler under the couch and add-a-room which the A/C will cool as well. The A/C is much larger than needed for a camper this size. It will freeze you out. The dry weight is only 2200 lbs. and can be towed by almost anything. My family has enjoyed this camper tremendously and we would not be selling if it were not for an addition to the family. The camper is extremely clean inside and out. It has always towed well and set-up is a breeze. Canvas is in great shape with no leaks and the roof is solid. Tires are in good shape and camper is ready to go. Around the sink is cracked due to the new faucet installation for the hot water tank. It is solid and it did not effect the integrity of the counter. A piece of wood did come off the slide-out support for the couch bed, but it has been repaired. The Hymer build quality is excellent and this caravan is in great condition it was first registered in November 2002 and has had 1 previous owner. It has been stored indoors and has no damp whatsoever. There has been no animals or smokers in this caravan. This 4 berth caravan has a front and a rear lounge area, at the front there's a wrap around seating area with large table that converts into a double bed by dropping the table down. At the rear of the caravan is another lounge area with an extending table, this seating pulls out to make another double bed or can be left to make two singles. Above both lounge areas there is plenty of storage lockers. The beauty of having this layout is there's one area for you to sit and relax and another area for the kids to play games etc. The caravan is divided by a curtain partitioning which allows privacy, it also allows you to watch TV in the evening while the kids are asleep. The wardrobe provides excellent storage for clothes and the washroom/shower consists of a thetford cassette toilet with electic flush, a shower, a sink, ample storage cupboards and vanity mirrors with spot lights. The kitchen area has 3 hob rings, a sink and drainer (hot & cold water), a grill, an oven with rotisory, a 12v/240v/gas fridge freezer & storage cupboards. At the front seating area there is also plenty of storage shelf's and a large cupboard under the television and above the TV is a wine rack with a sliding door on the front. The fifth berth being a folding bunk above the rear bed. There is a sliding door which creates a nice private bedroom to the rear. I am 6ft 4in tall and can sleep comfortably alongside my wife in this rear bedroom. This gives many of the benefits of a fixed bed without the drawbacks. As well as being useful for storage the chest has a slide out table built into it which is excellent for quick meals and drinks. During the day this area is used as a seating and dining area. At night these seats make into a large double bed or are long enough to be used as two single beds. In the centre of the caravan is the bathroom area which is split into two rooms. The large seperate shower cubicle is on the left and the cassette toilet and wasbasin are on the right. Due to the way the bathroom doors are fitted in the caravan they can be positioned to give several different layouts. In one position the doors shut the shower and toilet off as two seperate rooms and you walk through the centre to get to the rear seating. The caravan body is 17 ft and it is 20ft overall. The Gross weight of the caravan is 1012kg and the cap is 227kg The tyres are in very good condition the brakes work as do all the lights and the caravan tows lovely The exterior of the caravan is in great condition for it's age with only a few very small dinks from awning poles. There is also some very minor cracks in the gel coat of the gas locker lid, but again not really noticeable. The layout of this van is very popular ,with a large rear bathroom with separate toilet and large shower.At the front of the van is a large seating area that would seat six people. This converts to a large double bed at night time or can be used as two singles. There is also a dinette area that seats two people. This converts in to bunks at night time and can be sectioned of via a curtain. The kitchen area is opposite the dinette area and has ample work top space. The interior of the caravan is in lovely condition for it's age. the curtains carpet and cushions are all very good with no major signs of wear. There are no nasty smells and the caravan has never had any damp.
