london , Price: 60 Pounds I prepare and supply Plan Drawings for use in the Sale, Rental or Land Registration (Lease Plans) of all types of properties. I am a Civil Engineer currently engaged in projects using the skills acquired from my years working on major projects in London and Dubai. I am seeking property owners and agents who would be interested in utilizing my services. These plan drawings will demonstrate the configuration and measurements of your property in two dimensions and can be used to: - assist in the sale or rental of your property - planning refurbishments - enhancing property records - registration of property with the Land Registry (Lease Plans), drawings adhere to the required specifications These drawings are created in AutoCAD and can be tailored to suit your needs. They can show only the basic dimensions or can include items existing within the property or proposed alterations and any notes required. All drawings will then be converted into easy to handle PDF documents or image files. Additionally a 3D drawing can be created to give a more animated view of the property. Plan drawings cost 70 pounds for a property of up to 1000 square feet, approximately three times less than the standard rates. For larger properties or those that encompass more complex geometric plans a slightly higher fee would be negotiated. For a successful referral 50% of the fees will be reimbursed and for a multiple property agreement a considerable reduction in fees will be offered.
