David, an entrepreneur was stressed and worried. He was working 20 hours a day and getting no-where. He desperately wanted to grow his business but just couldn't find the time or resources to start his strategies, on top of performing the mundane tasks necessary to run his business. With Vanessa, he does not have to worry about overhead costs, piling paper work and unanswered emails or orders. Now, David enjoys the reliability of getting his tasks done in a timely manner. It leaves him to focus on where the company should be going and how to make more money for the company. He's expanded so quickly that he's now got Rebecca and Anna working for him as well. The total cost of all three people costs less than half the salary of having someone in London but the quality of work done is at par with London standards. There are also no taxes, regulations or labour rules to worry about. The Man Who Found A Right Way To Use His Resources Lawrence, founded an one person Executive Search company based in London and now happily supplying the right people for companies all over Europe. As his business progresses, he needs to meet the pressing deadlines. Screening candidates is a tedious task that requires managing the database as more CV's are coming in. The CV's are then sorted out and goes a long process of reformatting and cleansing. Also all candidates need to be contacted to check details, especially one who do not respond to emails. This is not the best use of his time. Hiring people in-house to do that would cost him a lot since he needs to expand his office space and buy new office equipments, mainly computers and the associated softwares. More importantly, he needs to train people and provide them with benefits. What sets him out among the rest of Executive Search companies is that he found a partner wherein he delegates all his non-core activities. Ultro Consulting Ltd found him a team to take over the tasks that are not the best use of his time. He now has 24 hour coverage and can get most of the recruitment processed overnight. His dedicated outsourced team of 5 people allows him to get on with growing his company and focusing on higher end tasks. End of the 16-hour day Rodota is an independent UK Services company that produce analytical reports. These reports would show market share of their client's products and/or services in their locality. They are usually needed by management to report to their clients before business opening the next day. Since management and staff are at the office at normal business hours performing tasks to produce these reports, they sometimes find themselves working 16-hour days to complete them. The management then found themselves overworked, overstressed and dealing with uprising overtime salaries. They knew something had to be changed. This team was to operate 12am to 8am UK time, when all data would be sorted out end of business day. In addition, this ensured timely arrival of these imperative reports. By working closely and regularly with Ultro, Rodota Ltd expect them to come up with new ideas that will allow the process of data management and client service to become more effective and less stressful. Outsourcing these processes freed up the management from stress and focus on strategies. The company was also spared of expensive UK resources.
