As his business progresses, he needs to meet the pressing deadlines. Screening candidates is a tedious task that requires managing the database as more CV's are coming in. The CV's are then sorted out and goes a long process of reformatting and cleansing. Also all candidates need to be contacted to check details, especially one who do not respond to emails.
