Located on the bay of St. Tropez , across the road from Port Grimaud, the Riviera's little Venice. With guaranteed sunshine, safe and warm Mediterranean sea and golden sands this is the ideal holiday destination for all ages.
Our homes offer you stylish and comfortable air conditioned accommodation. Remember the price you see is per mobile home, per week and NOT per person. Included in that price, as standard unlike many others operators, is air conditioning, a digital safe, freeview satellite television, DVD and video players, microwave, an electric BBQ and all water, electricity, gas and local taxes. The only optional charge is for bedlinen and cleaning.
The homes have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles. There is a walk in shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and gas boiler for all the hot water as well as utensils and crockery for family meals. The lounge area has a separate table and chairs and the comfortable seating hides a foldaway double z-bed for extra sleeping capacity. The unit housing the television equipment is also in the lounge.
As the sunshine is guaranteed we equip the outside as well, there is a permanent decking with a sunshade over a table and 6 chairs your al fresco dining. We provide sun loungers for perfecting your suntan and there is ample space to park a vehicle. We live on the site all the season and are always on hand to assist you and to ensure you have the holiday you deserve.
The camp site is conveniently situated within the local area, indeed the area has grown up around the site. Many places are accessible on foot, also it is well served by buses and ferries should you not wish to drive yourself. Alternatively you could book one of the many excursions available at the on site, independent, excursions office or if you are feeling energetic you could hire a bicycle from the camp shop.
Just across the road is the village of Port Grimaud, with its network of canals, offering you many more dining and entertainment options. You can also catch the ferry from here to go to Saint Tropez, this is a cheap and pleasant trip to take.
Whatever kind of holiday you are seeking you are sure to find it at Prairies de la Mer. The beach is on site only 400 yards away and all facilities are close at hand. We have ensured that our pitches are conveniently situated to all facilities yet far enough away to be quiet at night. Safety and security is a the watchword on this site and the entrances are manned 24 hours a day and there are regular patrols throughout the day and night. The pedestrian has priority and the speed limit for vehicles is no more than 5 mph.
On site facilities include 3 bars offering different nightly entertainment , several restaurants and takeaway outlets, shops, supermarkets, disco, nightclub, kids club, live shows and cabarets, internet cafe water sport centre, tennis courts and much more.
