Musicians aged 20-35 would be ideal, although exceptions to this would of course be considered. We have a number of gigs in 2006 (and beyond) and we are looking for some potential 'dep' male singers as our regular guys are becoming very busy with other bands and projects. The music we play is mainly soul / funk / disco, so we are looking for singers who are experienced in those styles, have good stage presence / audience communication skills and are familiar with (some of) the songs we play (a setlist can be viewed on our website). We are London-based but we do not rehearse regularly (at most, once a year) so we do not necessarily need singers that live in London. Own transport would be necessary unless you live in London.
