Hi there, I have a BIG 4 bed EOT HA house in E London close to all ameneties, and I am willing to take part in a 3 way exchange.
Been here for 15 yrs and been very happy and comfortable but have to move due to family issues.
I can send a lot more details if anyone may be interested.
I need a 3 bed house (can take 4 but want to downsize really) but want a decent garden. Dont care what state the properties in but prefer council as in 3-4 years I will be moving to downsize again.
Would like chingford, loughton, chigwell, ongar, chadwell heath areas of essex but will consider others.
Also have a 3 bed council town house in E13 if anyone is interested in a 3 way.
Also, anyone in Ipswich/Colchester with a 3 bed looking to come to London pls get in touch.
