Ultimate workout taught by our female kickboxing coach Jackie Cox Monday 7:30PM – 8:30PM Adults Go – Sho – Kai Freestyle Kickboxing: £3.00 per class A combination of styles including mainly kickboxing and thaiboxing but also incorporates realistic street defence techniques as well as offering conflict management skills defusing on the street confrontations. Taught by our Chief Instructor Rob Knowles Wednesday 6:30PM – 7:15PM Juniors Go – Sho – Kai Freestyle Kickboxing: £2.50 per class A combination of styles including mainly kickboxing and thaiboxing but also incorporates realistic street defence techniques as well as offering conflict management skills defusing on the street confrontations.
