| Chefs - Must have 03 years experience of chef duties at NVQ level 3 & provide references from previous employers. Responsible to prepare & cook dishes from menu, purchase fresh ingrdients daily, maintain quality and quantity of stock, superivise and train junior staff.
Head Chefs - As above, Must have 04 years experience of head chef duties at NVQ level 4. Also to superivise and train all kitchen staff duties, prepare weekly rotas, check prepared dishes, maintain kitchen accounts, liase with management.
