Head Waiter / Waitress: Must have 03 years expperience of Head Waitre / Waitress at NVQ level 3 & able to provide references from previous employers. Duties included duties to waiter / Waitress. Ensure presentation, Customer satisfaction, Good customer relations, Note customer complaints, Quick Decision maker, Responsible to the management.
