Sales Executive



  Location:  Chichester - West Sussex

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a dynamic fast growing company that specialising in distribution of quality watches and related products into the jewellery sector. The company has been established for 10 years now, with a modest turnover, the company now wish to focus on growth and aim to double their turnover in the next 3 years. We are looking for senior sales people with experience in the jewellery trade with face to face sales experience within retail shops, chains, and other arena.

This role is for Sales Executive reports directly to the General Manager, although working independently you will be working within a small, friendly and very experienced team. Your self-motivation and desire for success will mean that you have the flexibility to work in the way that suit you (subject to guidelines). You will be responsible for your own days and setting up appointments and visits and you will be expected to take these leads and try to convert them. You will be required to encourage retailers to stock our products and supply training to them to ensure that they can then sell on to the customers. Our consultative approach to sells, service, making recommendations on what the best product range to sell is - without the hard sell. With success, you will be given more responsibility of key accounts to demonstrate your relationship building capabilities.

In order to be successful, you must come from or have an interest in the Watch or Jewellery trade. Someone who will take a modern approach to the sale with a technical ability together with the ability to negotiate at all levels and with all types of customers. An accurate person with the hunger to drive him/her self and this business forward and want to be a part of this company's success into the future. This role involves travelling and being outdoors, and mixing with various people so interpersonal skills are critical.

Excellent telephone and face-to-face sales skills required for this position.

Excellent negotiation skills would be useful.

Product training can be provided, if you have the desire but not the experience.

Package: £20-25K OTE, Company Car (after 6 months), Mobile Phone, 20 days holiday, and product training.
