| well we have kind of a sad story and here it is
we { me and my girlfriend } have been living on board for almost a year
we sailed brazil and on our 5 th night on route to trinidad tobego , our new mast { 2 years gurantee.. } broke 65 miles out at sea
we had to turn back into brazil and try to see what will happen since we have gurantee..
the companymade us a lot of trouble and at the moment we are in court with them { 50 grand us, is our claim..}
there is a broken mast and rigging to the boat that needs to be done { in brazil about 8000 us }
also we are paying marina charges of about 300 us a month
and a bit more for the guy that cleans her up and look after the ropes the engine and so on
the reason she is for sale is only because we cannot go back to brazil untill may, and we actually been almost deporterd since we have been in brazil for 9 mnths and and u are only aloud 6 months out of a year...

she is in fortaleza brazil in the marina, we are not allowed to go back until may, because of visa { u only get 6 months in a year }
she has a damage of new mast and riggings, and some stupid minor stuff like few ripps in the sale and so on
thats why we are selling her, , the marina is like 4500 a year and i have a guy that looks after her start her up and look after the ropes ...
she has a damage of about 8000{ less for sure } but just to take it in large if u are not good with working on boats
marina there is 10 us a day
new mast i paid 6500 us and rigings i used the ones that was on the old mast
i have a law suit of 50000us for bad instalation risking our lives, air tickets, and other damages
it will be a year as well....
thats why she is going for that price
she has all new ropes
12 v fridge
50 hp engine with 1350 hrs only
she has hydrpolc steering and aouto pilot { only good for calm seas,,, }
me and my girlfriend sailed alone and with crew...
she is low on the water but 14 tons,in total and 5 tons on the kill, and 1.8 keel
she is very strong
she was redone over 20 years by a great sailor from rio and he sailed with her to argentina and fernando de naronia
he spent so much money on her ,,, and we did too
when we bought her she had a wooden mast that we changed and all the interior{ my girlfriend }
she has a full kitchen and gas oven cooker for 5 pepole { thats the most we were }
she is lovely she is our home
we had to leave brazil in a rush because we were almost deported because of our visa
we left brazil to trinidad and had to return .....
we almost died as well it was close
she is for sale for 25 000 us neg abit ...
and she needs work and attention
alot of our cloths are there 2 surfboards all the electircal { 110 } are there lots and lots of spares too she is ready for ocean crossing
she has 800 liters of water in the tanks 400 plus 400 plus 60 in the kitchen
300 liters of disel { she takes 2.5 liters an hr }
plus another 150 liters on the deck in a special container+ 200 liters in barrels
there is so much its priceless, we havent stopped buying things for here since we got her..
but the more we wait the more we loos , even to go back to brazil we will pay 2000 us ,,,
its hard to sell her she is our home
