FLAT OR HOUSE FOR RENT WANTED

I am 36 years of age,and am usually a happy easy going kind of person. I had worked up until two years ago,when due to

accident lost my right eye.Under normal circumstances this would be a minor set back, but due to an old leg injurry this has made me a slight risk to the work environment.

I also have medium level Torrettes Syndrome which compounds the problem. Somebody once said to me, " were you shafted in a preveius life",well i can't remmember but it looks like i have been in this one. I don,t ussualy go into such detail about my private life but due to my present domestic

nightmare,i thought it better to be honest in the hope that it might shed more light on my unbearable and desparate situation.

Four months ago i moved from Nottingham to Gainsborough in Lincolnshire, to be closer to my ageing parents.

Anyway to cut a long story short, i managed to sercure a small one bed flat nearby . This was a lucky outcome as there are usually long waiting lists for housing association properties. The only reason i managed to jump the list is because they took my disabilities into consideration. Anyway what has hapened since has just been soul destroying. I basically have the neibours from hell living next door, and have spent the last three months on my knees to the housing people and local council, to no avail.

They will not rehouse me as they dont regard bad neibours as a problem. After phoning the police one night i was informed that my neibours or any one can blast there music out allnight and the police can not lift a finger unless it spills out onto a public street, the only way to complain is to inform the council but they have no one on duty at night and it takes a lot of paper work. Armed with this latest lapse in the public order law, my neibours from hell can do what they want when they want.

I am trying to live my life in a christian way, but cant even read the bible any more in peace. If you are a landlord or landlady and have property to let or even a closet or pigfarm cottage or building that i could rent, i would be eternally greatfull for a chance to become one of your tenants, bible and content never mentioned i promise. So please if you have a trusting bone left in your body could you posibly help me, can provide prove of disabilies and refferences can manage resonable deposit. Thankyou Neil.R
