| I have Painters & Decorators who are on an NVQ apprenticeship in Paint Occupations I have people at different levels some are very experienced others are good Decorators but have no on site experience. They need to be in the workforce to complete their level 2 NVQ they will attend work 4 days a week and college one day on a day release programme and they will work towards getting their CSCS card if they do not already have it.
