Kitchen Manager Required

Kitchen manager required at the Hog's Head, Fetter Lane, Near Chancery Lane Tube.  5 - 6 days per week.  MOST WEEKENDS OFF. Requires at least one years experience managing a kitchen taking approx £2k net sales per week and preping and cooking traditional pub meals.  Will be responsible for preping and running service, ensuring high quality of the meals, keeping the kitchen clean and adhering to company and government health, safety and hygiene standards, managing 2 team members, stock ordering and control.

Approx 45 hours per week, paid hourly.  Must have permit to work in the UK and own bank account.
