I'm sad to see it go - it's been a trusty steed for the last 4 years, but now that I have a car and a van, I rarely get the chance to use it. After reading a book called 'de-clutter your life', I figured it was time to simplify things a little and say good-bye to an old friend. It's de-restricted and will do about 40mph on the flat. It's about £5.50 fill up a tank, and that'll do you for about 100 miles. It's got a full MOT (done this morning) and 12 months tax (£15 !) The bodywork is in excellent condition, and looks really good after a TLC wash this morning. Naturally there are a few small scratches, but you wouldn't notice unless you looked for them. It comes with a hefty bike lock, a silver helmet, a pair of waterproof trousers, the Aprilia tool-kit and some gloves. Everything in fact that you need to ride it away. Insurance is cheap - I pay £94 / year with ebike. I also have a folder full of receipts, certificates, manuals, and the service manual on CD should you want to tinker. It really looks the part with all that chrome - last time I was on it, I was waiting at the lights outside Koko in Camden when this fella said 'aw man, love the bike, I wanna be you - well actually, I wanna be on your bike' - next thing I knew one of the floosies on his arm tucked a paper with her number on it, in my top pocket...
