MFT bootcamp is an excellent starting point in your quest for Health and Fitness. You will work as a member of a team in a this unique and challenging fitness experience.

Perform your standard fitness tests to assess your starting point.
Your fitness tests are used to place you in an appropriate ability group. Alpha Platoon, Bravo Platoon, Charlie Platoon and finally Delta Platoon, may the best team win.
A free one-one consultation will be held with your Bootcamp Trainer before you start your journey
Where all the hard work begins! For the next four weeks you will be working as a an individual and also as a team to get the job done.
CONGRATULATIONS! You and your platoon have passed Bootcamp and achieved your fitness goals. You will then be presented with the official MFT Bootcamp T-shirt.
