With 10 years of conferencing experience in the USA, we are producing top level business conferences across a number of industry sectors. There are exciting opportunities in all our departments as we rapidly expand our operations.
We are looking for new members to form teams for our fast growing sales divisions. We are currently looking for experienced salespeople.
What is the role?
ACI is currently recruiting a Delegate Sales Executive to join our expanding team of talent.
This is a phone-based role liaising with high-ranking executives on an international level to secure new and repeat business by selling delegate placements at ACI conferences. Daily call duration at least 2 hours per day (expected call rates 80-120 per day) Monthly revenue target - £8,500 (based on average booking fee of £1,495)
In house training & on-going development.
You will undergo a comprehensive induction programme with full training available. Ongoing practical training and experience is provided by team leaders with 1:1 training, group workshops, phone session training, regular feedback and appraisals, etc)
Remuneration & Benefits
OTE first year - £35,000+ (basic salary dependent on experience; very high commission structure, up to 20% of each sale). 21 days holiday
