London , Price: 550 We are honest people (yes many people say the something even if is lying). We come for a legal life, and try to improve our life level. Because you recently arrived, we have not a Job yet, in principle we gonna start this month, but we haven’t a job yet. Some real estate agency that we contact to rent a home, said it’s not possible to rent because we have no job, or to rent we have to pay 4 months in advance (we understand the reason) but we cannot pay 4 months at once for now. We have the deposit month and the first month rent, we have two more months to pay in the corresponding months, just cannot pay in one time because we need manage the money for other things like daily expenses. -Our actual budget is £550 with bills inclusive. This is the situation: We need a place to live. Without a house, don’t have an address to apply any jobs, or to open a bank account in UK, on the other hand, without a job we cannot rent a house in the real estate agency. What we search? -We search a landlord with a house, flat or studio to let. - A short term contract to start, because we have conscience of the risk for a landlord making a let to tenants without a job. - One landlord that makes a legal contract respecting the law for the agreed months. This landlord must have is identification and prove that he is the real owner of the property (we ask this because it happens fake owner’s trying to make contracts). - In the contract can appear a clause that says if we fail a month of rent we have to leave the house. -We seek a house in which we feel at “our” home, will be treated as "our" home, so the landlord don´t need to worry about the conservation, it will be well treated. What we don’t want and not search: -“Landlords” with western union scam. -Landlords that don’t identify themselves, and cannot prove it owns the house. - Landlords that rent the house but they don’t want contract. -We don't look for a room or shared house. We would like that only answer who read this ad completely and it´s fine with this. If you have doubts please ask and we gladly answer.
